Understanding the Water Slide Construction Process

Credit the vibrant water slide with being a tourist magnet, as it magically transforms barren slopes of scenic spots, playgrounds, and feature towns into a rainbow-like water park. What a prosperity booster the rainbow slide is! But how does it work?
The On-site Slope Measurement
Natural slopes ranging from 3 to 30 degrees with a length of 100 to 300 metres are ideal for multi-slides. If the natural terrain is unsuitable, artificial slopes can be created by heaping up to achieve the desired effect for the rainbow slide.
Designing the Slope
Based on the measurement results, the length and shape of the slope are designed. The client is then provided with the layout and construction plan for approval. There is room for finalising the design if it does not meet satisfaction. Lanchao water park equipment manufacturer will strive to make reasonable improvements to the water slide in accordance with the client’s requests. Only a satisfactory design will lead to further adjustments.
The On-site Slope Arrangement
Following the construction drawings, the rainbow slide track site is arranged to meet the design requirements.
The Site Stabilisation
The water slides are supported by a 10 cm hardened surface to smooth the slope, facilitating the construction process.
The Manual Paving
Test slides are conducted once the basic paving is completed to ensure the predetermined position range is achieved.
The Slide Installation
Using expansion wires, the water slide is fixed after successful trials, concluding the water slide construction.
