RocketRez Partners with Wings and Waves Waterpark for Enhanced Ticketing Solutions

RocketRez, the end-to-end cloud ticketing platform for tours and attractions, has announced a new collaboration with Wings and Waves Waterpark, a popular family attraction in Oregon, US.

Through this partnership, RocketRez will implement a sophisticated ticketing solutions and operational management system to enhance guest services and improve sales efficiency for the water park.

Upgraded Ticketing Solution

Situated next to an aerospace museum, Wings and Waves Waterpark offers a distinctive blend of space and aviation-themed family activities. Visitors can feel the rush of plunging out of a genuine 747 or try one of the few virtual reality slide experiences available at waterparks in the US.

Its ticketing solutions will be upgraded with RocketRez’s robust dynamic pricing functionality, extensive ticketing tools, and the ability to control admissions and improve visitor experiences.

Wings and Waves Waterpark has encountered issues with ticketing in the past, and so this installation features key solutions to overcome these problems. Timed ticketing will be available through online and point-of-sale channels, with dynamic pricing to encourage pre-booking and specialised modules for event management, cabana upsells, group bookings, and birthday parties.

RocketRez’s platform will use dynamic pricing to change ticket prices as the date approaches, encouraging early booking and optimising income streams. The solution will also provide greater insight into visitor behaviours and preferences, aligning with the water park’s key principles of data-driven and visitor-centric operations.
