ProSlide Technology Inc., an industry leader in water ride manufacturing and design, is set to unveil a new version of its renowned LIM technology at Chimelong Water Park in Guangzhou, China, coinciding with the attraction’s expansion later this spring.
Back in 2017, ProSlide launched the HydroMAGNETIC Coaster, Krakatau, at Volcano Bay in Orlando, Florida, which quickly became the most talked-about attraction in the fiercely competitive water park market. Now, after eight years, LIM technology is making a highly anticipated comeback.
The next phase of the world’s leading water ride technology is taking place at Chimelong, the most visited water park globally. As Chimelong gears up for its opening, the park is preparing to introduce two world-first ride complexes that are set to redefine global expectations once again.

Chimelong has a reputation for setting benchmarks in the global water park industry, and its expansion will feature the HIVE 35, ProSlide’s latest family tower complex, alongside the world’s first launched HydroMAGNETIC Coaster, a ProSlide innovation that brings LIM water coasters back into the spotlight.

The HydroMAGNETIC Coaster marks ProSlide’s first LIM installation since 2017 and the first LIM Mammoth since 2015. This return comes with significant advancements.
