The weight of visitors can cause pool water to overflow, which, if it reaches the walkways, can impede visitor movement. Wet surfaces increase the risk of slipping and falling.
3. Anti-skid pads are essential for steel frame platforms and stairs to prevent slipping and scalding.
4. Child safety is of utmost importance. It is advisable to install coloured rubber flooring in all children’s areas or implement other effective anti-slip and anti-fall measures.
5. Safety fences should be installed around each water park equipment drop pool to prevent visitors from entering the pool area and to protect those in the water from accidents.
6. Consideration should be given to providing adequate shade for both employees and visitors.
7. Signage: Based on the specific conditions of the water park, various signage specifications should be developed, and prominent signs should be installed. This is an effective way to enhance water park safety management and can significantly reduce safety liabilities.
