  • Ignite the Night

Norwegian Cruise Line “has long set the standard for the finest entertainment at sea, with world-class productions and top-tier talent,” stated Bryan White, vice president of entertainment production for Norwegian Cruise Line.

“We’re excited to further enhance our guests’ cruising experience by introducing even more exclusive original productions and offering a wider range of entertainment options across our fleet,” White added.

New Shows on Cruise Ships

Red, White, & British will debut on the Norwegian Epic during its 14 May Greek isles sailing, celebrating iconic British musical artists such as David Bowie and Queen.

Icons: The Bands will showcase hits from the greatest bands of all time, premiering on Norwegian Escape’s 25 May Caribbean sailing from Miami.

Ignite the Night is a high-energy production set to launch on Norwegian Jewel during the ship’s 2 March Caribbean cruise from Tampa.

Lastly, Bring Back the 90s will debut on Norwegian Getaway’s 2 March sailing, offering an Alice in Wonderland-inspired journey through iconic moments of the 1990s, featuring songs by Alanis Morissette, Salt-N-Pepa, and Destiny’s Child.

The 50-minute performance celebrates ’90s fashion, pop culture, music, and memorable trends, blending dance, vocals, and multimedia design.

This initiative aligns with a millennial-driven trend for nostalgic experiences, fostering emotional connections and a sense of shared history among guests.

The upcoming shows are part of Norwegian Cruise Line’s new entertainment strategy, designed to appeal to a multi-generational and global audience.

Additionally, this strategy includes the introduction of entertainment pop-ups throughout the cruise line’s fleet, featuring surprise performances in various locations such as pools, dining rooms, and atriums.
