MSC World America’s Floating Theme Park Unveiled

Exciting New Attractions on MSC World America

MSC World America is beginning to resemble a floating theme park, as MSC Cruises has introduced a range of new attractions within The Harbour – a fresh outdoor park.

The Harbour is situated in the Family Aventura district of MSC World America. It features a water park, an 11-deck dry slide, the thrilling Cliffhanger ride, a themed playground, a ropes course, and new food and beverage options.

Located at the centre of the new ship’s open-top deck, The Harbour’s water park, known as Aquapark, includes a splash area and various waterslides. Among these are a 90-degree vertical drop slide and a raft slide equipped with VR technology.

Jaw Drop @ The Spiral is touted as one of the longest dry slides at sea. Riders enter through the jaws of a shark before spiralling down 11 decks, all while enjoying stunning sea views.

In addition to this, The Harbour features a climbing wall designed for younger guests, a two-level ropes course covering 6,210 square feet, the Harbour Bar & Bites food outlet, and a lighthouse-themed playground complete with slides and play stations.

Earlier this year, the Cliffhanger swing ride was announced for The Harbour, allowing guests to dangle over the ocean at a height of 50 metres above the water.

MSC World America is set to commence its voyages from Miami in April 2025. The ship spans a total of 22 decks, offering 2,614 staterooms and over 420,000 square feet of public space.

This impressive vessel boasts seven districts, 13 restaurants, 20 bars and lounges, six pools, 14 hot tubs, and three entertainment venues.

Additionally, MSC World America will feature exciting new Lego experiences, including the first Lego-themed parade at sea. It will also provide a technology-driven area for children called Doremiland.

As the world’s third-largest cruise line, MSC Cruises operates a fleet of 22 ships, with three new vessels scheduled to launch in 2025, 2026, and 2027.
