Prior to establishing MI Concept + Design, Ingram accumulated extensive experience in the sector, contributing to large-scale projects such as Universal Studios Dubai, Vidanta World’s Cirque Du Soleil Theme Park, and Chimelong’s Forest Kingdom. Drawing from his firsthand industry insights, he recognised the necessity of providing an additional source of creativity to his colleagues.

Ingram was soon joined by Walt Kuniec, whose expertise and knowledge significantly propelled the company’s growth. Kuniec brought valuable technical experience from previous projects, including Universal Resort Sentosa, Universal Dubai, Legoland Germany, Muskoka Wharf Canada, and the Toronto PanAm Games Athletes’ Village.
The firm has since transformed into a diverse collective of designers, architects, planners, engineers, and artists. Each team member contributes a unique skill set and experience, which is synergised to provide a comprehensive creative design solution. The rapidly growing practice now offers an extensive array of services, including master planning, creative visioning, attraction design, unique interiors and façades, and content creation, covering the entire design process.
Its turnkey design approach equips the firm to tackle any challenge. Furthermore, its expanding expertise enables MI Concept + Design to leverage advanced 3D software such as Revit, Unreal Engine, and Blender, allowing clients to experience their destination before it is constructed. MI Concept + Design recently showcased its work at SEA Expo 2024, held from 7 – 9 May at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This November, the team will also participate in IAAPA Expo 2024 in Orlando, Florida.
