Greenloop 2025: Key Speakers and Trending Topics
Greenloop, the original sustainability conference dedicated to the global visitor attractions industry, is set to present another impressive line-up of speakers in 2025. Now in its fifth year, this event is essential for anyone keen on visitor attraction sustainability.
According to Rachel Read, director of Blooloop, “2025 is a pivotal year for climate action. We’re just five years away from 2030, and we’ve once again experienced the hottest year on record, while the US is cutting back on programmes aimed at limiting global warming. The science is clear; climate change is real, ongoing, and poses a threat to humanity. We can still make a difference if we act now, but we can achieve even more if we unite, so please join us at Greenloop.”
My exhortation always is do something, for God’s sake. Don’t let the perfect be the enemy of the good… If you can’t do everything, just start.
Nick Merriman, chief executive at English Heritage at Greenloop

When it comes to solving really big challenges, like how do we build sustainable theme parks, resorts, and cruise ships around the world, it takes all of us and all of these different industries coming together.
And that’s what’s great about Greenloop … our collaboration is key to really think about how we build sustainable themed entertainment experiences.

At Blooloop, we may not be experts in decarbonising theme park design, recycling AV equipment, or measuring the climate impact of a museum, but we know people who are. Join the conversation to accelerate climate action across the sector.
We’ve kept our ticket prices low (starting from just £10!) so if you can, please consider purchasing a group ticket for your organisation and gifting a ticket to a colleague, customer, or friend. Your support would greatly benefit the event.
